Retail orders above $59.99 are shipped with USPS Standard for free for customers in United States only. There will be additional charges for Priority service. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
USPS expected delivery dates are not completely reliable. We are not responsible for the delivery updates they make on their end. Expect delivery delays due to holidays and weather conditions. The estimated time for standard First Class shipment is 5-7 business days.
The USPS Priority Service is not a guaranteed service and it can take up to 3-4 business days. The USPS Priority Express Service delivery will take 1-2 business days depending on the delivery address. SKIIGH Enterprises does not offer overnight shipping. All orders are shipped from our shipping facility located in California. Therefore, it will take longer time in transit for purchases that will get delivered in the East Coast states.
In the event of lost packages, please contact USPS with your tracking number. It could be possible that your package may be stuck at your local post office.

SKIIGH ENTERPRISES ships internationally. All orders are shipped using USPS International Parcels. Delivery time varies from once country to another. You will be charged for shipping fee. The amount will be available at the time of placing the order. Once accepted and processed the order, you agree to pay the shipping fee. Note that you, the customer, are responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT or clearance charges at your country. The amounts will vary from one nation to another. The delivery time will vary as well. Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA form with detailed instructions on processing your return of merchandise. RMA form must be included in the returned package for faster processing.
The returns for refunds are only accepted within 14 days of original purchase date, and the items must be unused/unmodified, in original condition and packaging. Make sure you have not used the product and all parts and accessories are repackaged in the original box. If the item has been altered in any way that has affected the performance or the life of the product, it will not qualify for refund. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Shipping fee is not refundable. All refunds are issued within 3-4 business days after receiving the item at our RMA department. Once issued, you will receive your funds back into your account within 2-3 business days – depending on your bank’s operation system. SKIIGH Enterprises will issue refunds only to customers who have purchased through www.skiigh.com webstore. SKIIGH Enterprises could hold restocking fee if there are missing parts or accessories.
